Responsible for various magnetic field analysis and simulation tasks, providing guidance for the solution design or structural layout of related magnetic components or sensors. Participate in fundamental technical research, including technical topic studies and knowledge accumulation, pre-research on new forms of electromagnetic products, and tackling key technical challenges. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electric Motors, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related majors. Mastery of fundamental motor concepts, motor classification and principles, magnetic circuit models, electromechanical conversion relationships, brushless motor fundamentals, motor speed regulation characteristics, motor performance evaluation, electromagnetic harmonic analysis, and basic electromagnetic field theory.
