Our client is an international company in Healthcare industry. Now we are looking for a L&D Partner based in Bejiing, working closely with APAC/Global L&D function, China HR team, and China senior business management team to support and delivery Learning & Development related programs, activities and tools.

A key role in Talent function, you will establish annual regional L&D calendar and implement key talent programs

The role will take P&L for several brands under lifestyle, fashion and sports category.

As Senior Manager Accounting, you are responsible for the China legal entities and branches, providing insight in legal entities' Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow towards GL's internal and external stakeholders. Involved in executing period end activities, ensuring uninterrupted processes in accordance with policies and procedures, preparing and analyzing (statutory- and other) financial statements, supporting audit.

As Shanghai Branch Manager, you will manage more than 200 ppl covering all functions and be responsile for the P&L.

P&L owner

The role will directly report to the Group CEO and take full P&L responsibility of the new BU - fruit juice and cocktail business. Developing the business from scratch from end to end.

This role is responsible for one BU full P&L controlling, includes commercial analysis, costing control ect.

Overall management of the local business activities, including P&L responsibility

Hands on dealing with clients such as BD, Training and so on
