Job Description Provide day-to-day legal support to business functions, delivering practical and actionable advice based on specific business scenarios Support key legal matters and specialized areas of work as assigned within the team Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and important correspondence, while identifying and assessing potential legal risks Handle pre-dispute matters involving customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders Coordinate and manage external counsel, and support litigation and arbitration processes where necessary Assist in handling administrative or regulatory investigations, as well as judicial proceedings Support cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives within the organization, as required Continuously improve legal processes and risk control mechanisms within the scope of responsibilities The Successful Applicant Approximately 8-10 years of relevant legal experience, gained in multinational companies and/or reputable domestic or international law firms Solid hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts Familiar with dispute resolution processes, including litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation matters Ability to independently prepare legal opinions and internal reports, and effectively communicate legal advice to business stakeholders What's on Offer Opportunity to work in a globally recognised organisation within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
