Drive the integration of AI capabilities into existing systems (ticketing, collaboration tools, code repositories) to achieve end-to-end automation. Develop adoption strategies for AI tools (training, case libraries, incentive mechanisms), analyze usage data (call volume, retention rate, efficiency gains), and continuously optimize the promotion path. Establish an AI impact evaluation framework (time savings, quality improvement, innovation output) and present ROI to management. Collaborate with engineering teams to explore cutting-edge technologies such as Harness-Aware Training (HAT), enhancing Agent adaptability in dynamic environments. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree or above, with experience in AI application deployment / internal tool platforms / developer productivity. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in deeply using or promoting LLMs (GPT/Claude/Gemini, etc.). A proven methodology and real-world track record of driving an organization from low-frequency to high-frequency tool usage (not limited to AI). Technical understanding: familiar with prompt engineering, API calls, RAG, and Agent foundational architecture, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams. Communication & influence: strong empathy, able to promote AI in non-technical language; possessing change management skills to drive cross-departmental collaboration. 薪酬待遇 Annual salary ranging from CNY 540000 to CNY 660000.
