Develop and execute the Company's investor relations strategy. 制定并执行公司投资者关系战略。

Formulate key investor messaging and equity story. 搭建并持续优化公司资本市场故事（Equity Story）。

Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, fund managers, analysts, and key capital market stakeholders.维护与机构投资者、基金经理、卖方分析师及资本市场相关方的长期关系。

Organize investor meetings, earnings calls, roadshows, NDRs, and investor conferences. 组织业绩发布会、投资者会议、路演及各类资本市场活动。

2.Investor & Analyst Management

投资者及分析师管理

Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective investors. 维护现有及潜在投资者关系。

Coordinate meetings with domestic and international institutional investors. 组织境内外机构投资者沟通会议。

Collect and analyze investor feedback and market sentiment.收集、整理并分析市场反馈和投资者关注点

3.Corporate Disclosure & Reporting

信息披露与报告管理

Support the preparation of annual reports, interim reports, earnings presentations, and investor materials. 协助编制年度报告、中期报告、业绩演示材料及投资者资料。

Coordinate disclosure-related activities in accordance with HKEX Listing Rules. 配合完成港交所规则要求的信息披露工作。

Ensure consistency and accuracy of external communications. 确保外部信息披露内容的准确性与一致性。

4.Market Intelligence & Valuation Analysis

资本市场研究与估值分析

Conduct peer analysis and valuation benchmarking. 开展同业分析及估值研究。

Monitor industry trends, market developments, and analyst reports. 跟踪行业动态、市场变化及研究机构观点。

Prepare capital market updates and investor sentiment reports for management. 为管理层提供资本市场动态及投资者反馈分析。

5.Financing & Strategic Projects

融资及战略项目支持

Support equity financing, convertible bonds, strategic investments, and M&A activities. 支持股权融资、可转债融资、战略投资及并购项目。

Work closely with investment banks, legal advisors, auditors, and financial PR agencies. 协调投行、律师事务所、审计机构及财经公关团队。

Participate in special projects related to capital markets.参与各类资本市场相关战略项目。
