Job Description

  • 跟踪及解读宏观政策与监管动态，输出分析及建议.
  • 对接监管机构，支持监管沟通及专项事务。
  • 负责反垄断及合规体系建设与优化。
  • 为业务及投资项目提供政策与法律支持。

The Successful Applicant

  • 10年以上法务/政策研究经验，必须有企业工作经历（纯律所不考虑）
  • 有监管对接或反垄断合规经验
  • 教育背景满足其一：清华/北大/复旦/交大（法学优先）或法学博士
  • 具备扎实法学功底、政策分析能力及政府沟通能力
