1. What led you to recruitment? 

I was an internal trainer and recruiter when I was in Australia for four years. When I returned to China, quite like the other experienced case in PageGroup, I was interviewed as an entry-level business operations manager for a client of PageGroup in Southern China. After very thorough and comprehensive research and interviews with the company, I chose PageGroup because I was attracted by the well-known and high quality service, expertise and specialty that PageGroup provides towards to their candidates and clients

2. What skills have helped you in your role as a Manager? 

Thinking and being a reliable and dependable leader is definitely one of the core skills that has helped me in my role. Additionally, my hard-working attitude and optimism has also contributed to the role significantly.

3. How have you balanced the demands of the job with your life away from work?

I live a bit remotely from the office. However, PageGroup provides great support to me for my home access as well as flexibility on the hours. 

4. What is most rewarding about your job? 

I think the most rewarding part about my job is not really a reward but the opportunities consistently offered by PageGroup, to grow my business and myself. It is easy to think like an entrepreneur, and yet PageGroup is the place that truly provides this.

5. Do you have any advice to anybody thinking about joining PageGroup? 

PageGroup is a place full of smart people who really want to work hard and achieve more. More importantly, you can be accountable, recognised and rewarded. If you are a smart and hardworking type, joining PageGroup is the best piece of advice I can share with you.
