1、负责海外市场（包括国内出口，海外子公司管理，海外市场开发等）；2、负责品牌全球化发展经营，制定品牌海外发展策略规划；
This role leads brand licensing and customized product sales, driving revenue growth while expanding the brand's reach and commercial value across key markets. The position combines strategic planning with hands‑on business development to build a compliant, scalable licensing and customization ecosystem.
Take full ownership of company's Southeast Asia business, strategy, partnerships, localization, operations, and team building with full P&L responsibility.
This role sits at the intersection of brand innovation, commercial strategy, and P&L ownership. As Director of Marketing for China, you will be accountable not only for brand equity and innovation impact, but also for revenue growth, margin health, and return on marketing investment.
