1.根据品牌全年策略，制定年度营销策划与传播推广方案；2.根据公司的销售计划制定品牌营销方案，提高品牌忠诚度、实现顾客购买转化率、拉动销售的市场推广策略，带团队进行专业创意营销活动的策划及执行，主要交付指标：核心渠道搜索量、NPS等
梳理品牌定位，根据品牌定位和产品定位结合市场需求制作并运营内容，以内容为驱动力提升销售和品牌势能。
负责在抖音.微信.直播平台.小红书.B站等新媒体的运营及推广工作，制定季度及月度的运营推广计划，并带领团队推进执行，助力销售目标；
岗位将协助我们在中国市场上市一个健康能量饮料相关的新品牌，您将负责市场调研、草拟和制定产品细节，以及方案落地和业务扩展的运营工作。您将与销售、市场营销、运营、生产和财务等各个部门密切合作，规划并且执行战略，以及推广我们的健康能量饮料产品，推动收入增长，并提升客户满意度。
