The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of targeted campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive sales in the retail sector. This role is based in Shenzhen and requires a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of marketing strategies.
1.根据品牌全年策略，制定年度营销策划与传播推广方案；2.根据公司的销售计划制定品牌营销方案，提高品牌忠诚度、实现顾客购买转化率、拉动销售的市场推广策略，带团队进行专业创意营销活动的策划及执行，主要交付指标：核心渠道搜索量、NPS等
梳理品牌定位，根据品牌定位和产品定位结合市场需求制作并运营内容，以内容为驱动力提升销售和品牌势能。
负责在抖音.微信.直播平台.小红书.B站等新媒体的运营及推广工作，制定季度及月度的运营推广计划，并带领团队推进执行，助力销售目标；
岗位将协助我们在中国市场上市一个健康能量饮料相关的新品牌，您将负责市场调研、草拟和制定产品细节，以及方案落地和业务扩展的运营工作。您将与销售、市场营销、运营、生产和财务等各个部门密切合作，规划并且执行战略，以及推广我们的健康能量饮料产品，推动收入增长，并提升客户满意度。
根据公司战略和中长期发展规划，明确公司品牌定位，组织制定和规划实施公司品牌发展策略及各阶段品牌推广计划，以确保公司品牌推广与发展目标的实现，包括行业发展趋势剖析，竞品调研，品牌年度日常营销推广，媒体公关，品牌形象搭建，品牌故事包装，线下活动推广等。
协助CEO建立各品牌营销战略（品牌发展战略、渠道发展战略、商品战略、营销组合策略和年度/季度/月度营销计划），参与公司短、中、长期的营销战略计划
该岗位全面负责品牌在中国市场的中长期发展策略、年度品牌营销规划及整合传播执行，覆盖品牌定位、消费者沟通策略、新品上市、数字化营销及全渠道触达，推动品牌影响力与业务双重增长。
1、参与制订公司品牌战略，根据公司品牌战略和目标，制定企业长期品牌发展规划及具体品牌发展计划，促进公司品牌战略目标实现；
1. 负责公司品牌体系搭建、规范梳理等管理工作，实现品牌调性的提升；2. 品牌年轻化，能建立品牌在年轻群体中的知名度。提高品牌在新媒体、社交媒体上的话题度；3. 品牌活动策划和执行。
