根据公司战略目标，统筹制定各电商平台(天猫、小红书、唯品，京东、抖音等)发展规划

统筹指导各平台的运营工作，针对不同平台提出有效的运营策略，最终达成营销目标

• 负责公司基础架构的规划、设计和优化，确保系统的稳定性和可扩展性。
• 领导微服务架构的设计与实施，提升系统的模块化和解耦能力。
• 与研发团队合作，推动技术标准的制定和实践的推广。

直接向中国区CEO汇报工作，会带领东南西北中各区域BD人员进行直营门店的开发和发展，与公司采购、人财法、运营管理等部门紧密协作，完成公司未来门店增长目标，包括但不仅限于中国区拓展策略、年度计划、年度预算制作、管理审批流程、开发相关政策指定；并进行
团队人员的招聘计划制定、人员发展和培训等。
