负责床品从研发涉及到量产交付的全链路技术实现，主导供应链资源整合、生产体系搭建以及成本优化，确保产品技术可行性、生产稳定性以及商业化落地效率。

该岗位将负责集团层面年度项目全周期管理、包括项目立项、跨部门沟通协作及会议管理、流程体系建设等工作，以提升运营效率并达成部门目标。

全面负责集团总部及各事业部的营建项目的战略规划、指挥与协调，确保项目按时、按质、按预算完成。定期和集团总裁沟通汇报工作进度。
