This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Director to the Engineering & Manufacturing department within the retail industry. The Operations Director will oversee and drive operational excellence within the engineering and manufacturing department of a industrial organisation. This role requires a strategic to optimise processes, ensure quality standards, and achieve organisational.

This role is the key person responsible for overseeing all Plant Operations including; Supply Chain, Procurement, Environmental health and Safety, Manufacturing Engineering and Operational Excellence.

The Plant Manager will be a key staff position tasked with developing a comprehensive Operations strategy / plan and executing the plan in a disciplined manner and in line with Company Operating Advantage (Company OA), lean, principles.

The Operation Director will lead all operational elements of the factory in Dongguan. This role requires robust leadership skills and an in-depth understanding of the electronic products development/engineering and production techniques.

The Plant Operation Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing plants, ensuring efficient production, quality control, safety compliance, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of manage large-scale manufacturing operations, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting to the Asia Operation VP, this role is responsible for the whole daily operation of Shandong plant.

This role would lead the operations of home supplies manufacturing plant in China and Asia. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality products to meet market demands.
