The Marketing Director is responsible to drive the development and execution of marketing bundles and brand plans to build the brand awareness, desirability and convert consumer engagement & sales in long-run vision.
Develop and execute the company's growth marketing strategy, including demand generation, customer advocacy, and sales enablement programs to meet revenue targets.Build and execute marketing plans for all product lines, including branding, growth marketing, sales support, and media strategies. Provide mentorship and management scale and optimize revenue-generating programs.
Participate in overall project/product strategy planning, develop overseas market marketing strategies for projects/products, and be responsible for revenue and brand promotion.
Partners with Sales and Business stakeholders in the development of the annual promotion strategies by channels and action plans to achieve defined sales target.
This role develop and implement strategies and plans in brand marketing to support the brand development and business growth, as well as lead the brand to go digital.
This role will launch and push growth of pillar products using their own product, market and consumer expertise, to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship.

This role need to lead and manage whole marketing functions to develop and drive marketing strategy, compile and analyze client insights, market trends and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities, translate into fully integrated actions to elevating the experience of client decision journey, so as to build up luxury brand identity position and gain market share for the brand in prestige luxury skincare industry.
