Contribute to headquarter communication projects and strategies from conceptualisation stage to effectively increase relevance of all brand initiatives in APAC.

The Vice President of Marketing will serve as a pivotal member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the cruise industry, a keen eye for trends, and the ability to create compelling narratives that resonate with our target audiences.

The incumbent is responsible for the managing the company's marketing strategies planning and implementation, as well as overall branding and image.

据公司发展战略，制定公司品牌发展策略和规划，包括行业和竞争对手分析，市场和用户研究，定期对品牌定位和核心用户利益点梳理；

建立公司品牌战略规划、品牌体系以及品牌管理的基础规范、制度、流程，包含品牌管理/定位、品牌视觉、品牌公关与传播；

• 负责的品牌在北美市场的全盘营销；
• 熟悉facebook、twitter、tiktok等海外媒体玩法，并和媒体谈判，达成合作。
