Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness and boost funnel metrics.
  • Lead both digital and offline marketing activities, driving campaign planning and execution for the U.S. market.
  • Oversee annual marketing planning and manage market-level budgets.
  • Own social media operations end‑to‑end: craft localized content, launch integrated campaigns, and collaborate with global teams to align channel strategy.
  • Drive influencer partnerships and PR initiatives to enhance brand reach.
  • Build an offline activation roadmap, identifying and managing partners for events, sponsorships, pop‑ups, and sampling programs.



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or brand management within consumer goods, preferably beverages.
  • Background in fast-growth environments such as agencies or startups is advantageous.
  • Strong ownership mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity and solving problems creatively.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication and ideation skills.
  • Comfortable testing, learning, and iterating in a fast-paced environment.
