The Marketing Director is responsible to drive the development and execution of marketing bundles and brand plans to build the brand awareness, desirability and convert consumer engagement & sales in long-run vision.
Partners with Sales and Business stakeholders in the development of the annual promotion strategies by channels and action plans to achieve defined sales target.
This role develop and implement strategies and plans in brand marketing to support the brand development and business growth, as well as lead the brand to go digital.
This role will launch and push growth of pillar products using their own product, market and consumer expertise, to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship.

This role need to lead and manage whole marketing functions to develop and drive marketing strategy, compile and analyze client insights, market trends and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities, translate into fully integrated actions to elevating the experience of client decision journey, so as to build up luxury brand identity position and gain market share for the brand in prestige luxury skincare industry.

负责制定中长期市场战略规划、营销战略规划及年度实施计划,并负责监督、控制实施;负责整合营销,整合公司产品和服务,优化包装,组织拟订各种营销策划和策略方案,与相关部门的工作配合与对接。
