This role is expected to lead overall financial planning and analysis for the Asia BU. He/she is responsible for driving BU Strategic Plan, AOP, monthly rolling forecast, performance analysis and business partnering to support growth. This role is also a key person to drive finance related efficiency with a focus on IT/automation. Finally, it will support senior management on potential financial insights and data integration within the organization.

As a Financial Analysis Manager, the role is primarily responsible for conducting comprehensive operational analysis of the research, production, and sales businesses in overseas markets. The position reports directly to the finance director.
