负责半导体化学品业务单元的整体运营，制定并执行战略计划，确保业务盈利目标达成，优化成本结构并提升利润率。

1. 全面负责公司产品的技术方向研究和总体规划（To C端消费类电子领域），关注行业新技术及趋势，确保技术在业界具备竞争优势，主导，配合业务、解决方案和项目团队完成项目拓展、方案设计、方案讲解和实施落地等工作‌。

• 制定公司3-5年战略规划，明确全球市场拓展路径及产品线布局，依托公司研发、供应链资实现协同。
• 主导年度经营计划，分解营收、利润目标至区域市场及产品线，确保与整体战略对齐。
