This role involves a Retail Analytics Manager/Senior Manager who is adept in the Retail industry. The successful candidate will be based in Shanghai and will be part of the Commercial team, focusing on data-driven strategies to enhance business outcomes.

• 负责构建数据驱动的财务分析体系，通过预算管控、ROI模型搭建及经营预测支持业务决策，优化审批流程与系统效率；
• 统筹风险预警、业财协同及跨部门闭环管理，推动财务分析体系与数字化工具升级；

负责高速收发器（Transceiver）中模拟电路模块（如SerDes前端、时钟数据恢复CDR、锁相环PLL）的架构设计、电路实现与仿真验证，协同数字设计团队完成混合信号系统集成，确保产品满足高速信号传输的带宽、抖动及功耗目标。

1. 根据市场趋势及客户需求，制定销售策略与渠道管理方案，确保业绩目标实现；

2. 负责区域市场销售预测、季度/年度目标拆解与落地追踪，持续优化分销商合作政策；

3. 分析销售数据，动态调整策略以提升市场份额与利润率。

Responsible for the business intelligence team in China to understand and analyze in full detail the lithium market dynamics and report in a concise and clear way all the data and information collected with the objective of completing the supply/demand outlook of the lithium market that pertains to decision making in the HQs.

1. 全面负责海外产品的市场操盘，包括4P整合营销、产品策略制定、渠道管理及生命周期管理，确保销售目标和利润达成。

Serve as the brand expert in China, be a holistic integrator across the wider organization and with negotiating and influencing this partnership at its levels, be responsible for studying data, identifying insights, developing recommendations, presentations, and business cases, crafting strategies and plans, managing projects, and mobilizing vital resources for implementation.

Conduct market studies/business reports using appropriate market research tools (FGD, IDI, surveys, etc.) and analyze data reports, either initiated by MI or requested by business departments, to comprehend the external environment in terms of macroeconomics and market landscape. Provide proposals to support business decisions.

• Take on the role of a hands-on engineering manager, owning tech scoping, backend architectural design, and up to date AI-centric initiatives. Mentor other engineers in deploying enhancements to the primary product.
• Collaborate with product teams, marketers, data analysts, and other engineering teams to execute highly cross functional and time sensitive projects.

• 销售策略与执行：制定销售计划，分析数据，灵活调整策略，达成销售目标；
