The role will be responsible for designing a curriculum for various technology bootcamps.

Accountable for the entire Insights ecosystem of product

• Support the Chief Development Officer / Development Director/s (on selected assigned key individual assets with full infrastructure within the project based on the approved business plan, overall investment strategy, approved budgets and designs completing the full delivery and handover to each user and the asset management team upon completion.

• Develop the short and long-term Development Strategy for Luxury Residential or high-end assets in line with the overall mandate, with a particular focus on creating a thriving community.
• Establishment and continuous refinement of product positioning for the master plan across the design process, project development and delivery activities.

• Develop the short and long-term development strategy for the portfolio of hospitality projects by identifying prospective business development opportunities.
• Leading the entire process from case development, concept definition and to financial feasibility with the aim of growing the portfolio in line with the overall business plan.

• Challenge masterplans and contribute to the feasibility studies of large development schemes.

• Develop the short and long-term Commercial / Office Development Strategy in line with the overall mandate, with a particular focus on creating a thriving community.

• Ensure the development of aviation projects and improvement initiatives that integrate social function, practicality, context, and innovation, to provide the community with the highest levels of mobility service.

Reporting to the GCN President this role will support strategy and insight building, good hands-on report building and play critical analytical role in the brand.
