• 本科以上学历，5年以上内容电商平台运营管理经验，熟悉包括达人直播商务建联、短视频分销、直播间运营、DP管理、商城店铺运营等各种模式
• 熟悉抖快线上活动的推广手段，并具备实际操作经验，善于学习和总结分析

梳理品牌定位，根据品牌定位和产品定位结合市场需求制作并运营内容，以内容为驱动力提升销售和品牌势能。

Work across multiple innovation and capability projects which reflect packaging and future technology strategy.
Support projects within cross functional teams and be responsible for engineering future packaging, new technologies and novel formats , turning technically feasible concepts into mass manufacturable products.
