负责公司 ODM/OEM 事业部的整体业务战略制定与市场拓展，重点在 半导体设备、3D 打印设备、具身智能机器人、新型制造装备及其他创新型硬件产品 的 B2B 客户开发与项目落地，通过技术-产业-供应链三端协同，实现 BU 的高速增长。

该岗位是 业务拓展驱动型角色，核心 KPI 为：营收增长、关键客户开发、海外/国内战略客户渗透、毛利提升。

机器人本体/硬件团队负责人将负责领导硬件/机器人研发团队，专注于设计和开发硬件解决方案，推动技术创新。该职位要求候选人具备丰富的技术知识和领导能力。

该职位负责制定并执行公司的技术战略，领导研发团队实现技术目标，确保产品满足市场和客户需求。

作为战略运营中心总经理负责公司级战略制定与落地，统筹年度经营计划，搭建经营分析与风险识别机制，推动运营效率提升，协调跨部门协作，完善管理制度。

洞察宏观环境、行业趋势与竞争格局，结合公司自身优势与挑战，制定清晰、可行且富有前瞻性的中长期发展战略。主导公司重大资本运作、战略合作及新业务孵化，并实现可持续增长。
