Job Description Reporting to senior leadership, the Vice President will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and transformation programmes that enhance organisational performance and business effectiveness.Key responsibilities include: Support the development and execution of medium- and long-term business strategies. Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across sourcing, operations, and support functions. Drive business integration and process optimisation efforts to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and collaboration. Evaluate and implement organisational improvements, operating model enhancements, and governance frameworks. Partner with functional leaders to identify opportunities for productivity improvement and capability development. Lead strategic projects involving technology adoption, systems implementation, and process digitisation. Promote the effective use of data, analytics, automation, and AI solutions to enhance business performance and decision-making. Establish programme governance, performance tracking, and change management approaches for major initiatives. Build strong relationships across regional and global stakeholder groups. Develop teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced qualification preferred. Extensive experience within retail, consumer products, sourcing, supply chain, procurement, or related industries. Prior experience with a recognised strategy, management, or operational consulting firm. Demonstrated success managing large-scale transformation, operational improvement, or strategic change initiatives. Strong understanding of business strategy, organisational effectiveness, and operating model design. Experience managing cross-functional programmes involving process redesign, systems implementation, or digital transformation. Familiarity with data analytics, automation technologies, and practical AI applications in business environments. Strong commercial judgement and ability to balance strategic thinking with execution. Effective stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse and international teams. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the potential to assume broader business management responsibilities.
