A well-known multinational dairy company is seeking a highly skilled Plant Director to oversee the entire operation of its state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Dezhou, Shandong. The Plant Director will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the plant's operations, including production, supply chain, quality control, and cost management.

The Plant Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production operation within a large machining equipment environment, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, adherence to EHS guidelines, and timely delivery of products to our international clientele. This role requires a hands-on manager who can effectively manage a team of over 100 employees, coordinate resources, and drive operational excellence.
