Job Description * Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the plant's operations, ensuring that production meets the standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. * Plant Management: Lead end-to-end plant operation, manufacturing and supply chain activities, including R&D, production, quality, EHS, engineering, procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of products to meet market demands. * Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance, increase productivity, and reduce costs while maintaining product quality. * Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety. * Financial Management: Manage the plant's operating budget, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization. * Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all operations comply with local regulations and company policies regarding health, safety, and environmental standards. * Performance Reporting: Regularly report key operational metrics to the global headquarters, providing insights into plant performance and improvement initiatives. * Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the plant and the global management team, ensuring transparent and timely communication on key business matters. The Successful Applicant * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. * A minimum of 10 years of experience in plant operations or manufacturing leadership roles, dairy industry is highly preferred. * Strong expertise in supply chain management and manufacturing processes. * Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations. * Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to operational challenges. * Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
