工作职责：负责大数据分析咨询业务的售前客户需求沟通和理解，熟悉企业经营方式，深刻理解企业营销、销售、产研、财务、售后等至少两个以上领域，基于公司的大数据/AI产品和服务为客户定制解决方案
根据公司战略目标，统筹制定各电商平台(天猫、小红书、唯品，京东、抖音等)发展规划统筹指导各平台的运营工作，针对不同平台提出有效的运营策略，最终达成营销目标
根据销售目标规划，组织产品的市场调研及分析工作，根据消费人群分析和消费者实际需求，结合产品市场表现分析，结合服装产品的品牌定位与营销的市场方向，制订产品结构及产品发展规划，形成商品企划方案。
1、根据海外业务战略，制定市场营销计划和市场策略，并分解到具体国家、重点区域和渠道；2、结合当地的市场情况，定期进行市场预测及情报分析，制定有效的市场开拓策略，扩大公司在区域内的知名度和市场份额；
1、负责抖音平台直播运营体系的规划与完善，制定抖音电商渠道的全年营销策略，负责直播日常运营，带领团队完成每月的销售目标; 2、依据抖音平台的运营模式制定符合公司及各品牌发展阶段的孵化策略，从产品、内容、用户、推广各方向把控短视频和直播内容;
