This role will be responsible for demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP participation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement demand planning and forecasting strategies to meet market needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply chain activities to ensure product availability.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to optimise supply schedules and minimise costs.
  • Analyse market trends and sales data to improve demand accuracy.
  • Work with production teams to align supply capabilities with demand forecasts.
  • Identify and address potential supply chain bottlenecks or risks.
  • Prepare regular reports on supply and demand metrics for stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Demand Planner should have:

  • Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and demand planning strategies.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

What's on Offer

  • Annual salary between 300000 CNY and 400000 CNY.
  • Permanent position located in Shenzhen.
