1.Strategic Leadership for DTC Operations

Oversee all aspects of high-ticket DTC website operations for the US market, ensuring growth, profitability, and brand consistency.
Define and implement long-term strategies for site performance, customer experience, and retention.

2.Advertising & Marketing Oversight

Lead paid media strategy across Google Ads and Meta Ads, driving full-funnel campaigns to achieve acquisition and conversion goals.
Manage multi-million-dollar advertising budgets and ensure optimal ROI through continuous performance analysis.

3.Omnichannel Management

Supervise additional online channels (Amazon, social media, affiliate marketing) to create an integrated digital ecosystem.

4.Executive Team Leadership

Build and lead cross-functional teams in operations, marketing, and channel management; set KPIs and foster a high-performance culture.
Partner with C-level executives on business planning, resource allocation, and global expansion initiatives.

5.Market Intelligence & Innovation

Monitor US market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies; drive innovation in marketing and operations.

8+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce and digital marketing, with proven success in US markets.
Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong track record in brand-focused campaigns.
Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and scaling operations.
Fluent in English; strong strategic thinking and cross-cultural communication skills.
