Technology and Automation: Drive the adoption of advanced industrial engineering principles and automation technologies to optimize manufacturing processes. Evaluate and select automation equipment, software systems, and technologies that will maximize productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key liaison between internal departments (e.g., Operations, Quality, R&D) and external partners (e.g., contractors, suppliers, consultants) to ensure seamless collaboration and execution. Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and opportunities. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all engineering and automation projects adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and be*st practices. Implement robust quality control systems to guarantee product reliability and customer satisfaction. Performance Measurement and Improvement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of engineering and automation initiatives. Continuously identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 20+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering and automation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing capital-intensive projects from concept to completion. Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment. Expertise in automation technologies, including robotics, control systems, and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things). Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
