Job Description

Daily Treasury Operations

  • Coordinate and execute weekly payment proposals and payment processing activities.
  • Support funding arrangements and cash allocation based on business requirements.
  • Prepare treasury-related documentation and liaise with internal stakeholders for payment execution.
  • Maintain and update online banking platforms, including account master data, user access changes, account opening/closure, and treasury pool participation.



Cash & Payment Management

  • Monitor payment activities across approximately 200 online banking accounts.
  • Support treasury cash visibility and reporting initiatives.
  • Participate in treasury dashboard development and maintenance to improve cash tracking and decision-making.
  • Assist in treasury automation projects, including bank connectivity enhancement and auto-reconciliation initiatives.



Business Partnering

  • Work closely with Brand Marketing teams on promotional and rebate-related funding requirements.
  • Monitor marketing fund utilization and provide regular updates to business stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper treasury controls and payment review processes are followed before fund disbursement.
  • Communicate effectively with internal finance, accounting, and business teams.



Process Improvement

  • Support treasury digitalization and reporting enhancement projects.
  • Prepare presentation materials and project updates for management review.
  • Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and treasury processes.

The Successful Applicant

Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Payment Operations, Finance Operations, AP, or related areas.
  • Treasury experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in multinational companies, FMCG, retail, consumer goods, or shared service environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.



Skills

  • Strong Excel skills and good PPT presentation capability.
  • Comfortable working with systems, reports, and process improvement projects.
  • Good understanding of payment processes and financial controls.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Team Structure

  • Reporting to a Treasury manager, team - 3 members.
  • Initial focus on Shanghai treasury operations, with future exposure to Hong Kong and Singapore payment activities.

Ideal Candidate

  • Candidates from Treasury, Payment Operations, AP Payment, Cash Management, Banking Operations, or Finance Shared Service backgrounds with strong English and systems exposure will be highly welcomed. Experience supporting treasury projects, dashboards, banking platforms, or process automation initiatives would be advantageous.
