It operates on a global scale and offers a collaborative environment for professionals looking to make an impact in the digital sphere. 职责描述 Paid Media Strategy & Execution Own the overall planning and daily execution of Tmall paid media campaigns, aligning budget allocation with business and campaign objectives Leverage Tmall paid media tools (e.g. Zhitongche, Super Recommendation, etc.) to drive high‑quality traffic and conversion Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing, continuously optimizing for performance and ROI Actively test new tools, products, and platform features to improve efficiency and scale PerformanceOptimization & Testing Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CTR, CVR, CPC, and ROI, identifying opportunities and risks in a timely manner Manage A/B testing across creatives, audiences, keywords, and bidding strategies to improve effectiveness and cost efficiency Translate data insights into clear optimization actions to enhance traffic quality and conversion performance Data Analysis & Reporting Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights, problem diagnosis, and action plans Establish a structured test‑learn‑optimize rhythm to continuously elevate media performance Deeply analyze consumer behavior and media data to support strategic optimization Cross‑functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, operations, design, and content teams to ensure media planning aligns with campaigns, promotions, and livestream schedules Provide input and recommendations on keyword strategy, audience segmentation, and creative direction Platform & Competitive Insights Monitor competitors' media activities to identify opportunities and potential risks Stay up to date with Tmall platform rules, product updates, and policy changes, adjusting strategies accordingly 理想的求职者 A successful Paid Media Assistant Manager should have: Bachelor's degree or above; 3-5 years of hands‑on Tmall paid media experience, preferably within beauty or skincare Proven experience managing media budgets and delivering results against ROI targets Strong understanding of Tmall traffic logic and paid media tools Advanced data skills, proficient in tools such as Business Advisor (Shengyi Canshou), Data Bank, and Excel Results‑driven, highly data‑sensitive, detail‑oriented, and strong communicator with a collaborative mindset 薪酬待遇 Competitive salary ranging from CNY 280000 to CNY 360000 annually.
