Job Description Act as a role model for company values and behaviours across the factory education and technical function Manage, coach, and develop a specialist team, including performance goal‑setting, regular feedback, and formal reviews Develop and maintain a global factory education and technical portal, including installation standards, instructional materials, and tools Audit and review factory installation processes to ensure consistent quality and efficiency outcomes Evaluate installation efficiency and integrate findings into product line and model costing Build strong working relationships with partner factories, ensuring appropriate technical and installation is available Drive resolution of product quality issues and encourage continuous improvement Partner with product and development teams to find new solutions and manufacturing technologies Team planning, resource allocation, and cross‑functional initiatives Travel internationally as required to partner factories and global offices The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Footwear Design, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum of 8 years' experience within the footwear industry, including people management Strong knowledge of footwear development, manufacturing processes, and shoe‑making technologies Proven experience working cross‑functionally to drive process improvements Strong problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills Good communicator in both Mandarin and English, written and spoken Comfortable working in an international, factory‑focused environment What's on Offer Salary ranging from CNY 550000 to CNY 800000.
