The position is designed for a strong coordinator who can bridge business, finance, payroll, and system teams.Given the current team structure (limited tax expertise), this role will also assist in navigating equity-related processes and ensuring smooth project execution through strong project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities. Job Description 1. Equity Incentive Program Support Support the rollout and implementation of the Equity Incentive System launch Coordinate across internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Payroll, external advisors if needed) Assist in managing equity-related processes, documentation, and timelines Act as a central contact point to ensure alignment across functions 2. Project Management & Coordination Provide end-to-end project support (planning, tracking, execution) Drive communication between cross-functional teams Monitor progress and proactively identify risks/issues Ensure deliverables are completed on time with high quality Focus on interpersonal communication and stakeholder alignment 3. Process Optimization & Automation Identify opportunities to improve and standardize internal processes Participate in automation initiatives and system enhancement projects, including: OA system (workflow/digitalization) - currently under kickoff phase Payroll-related process improvements Finance internal process optimization Help build scalable and efficient workflows across finance operations 4.
