Job Description

  • Own and lead full-cycle recruitment across China, covering both commercial and functional roles
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies, targeting high-caliber and passive talent
  • Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, shaping talent profiles and influencing hiring decisions
  • Build strong and sustainable talent pipelines for key and future-critical roles
  • Continuously improve hiring efficiency while delivering a-in-class candidate experience
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance market visibility and attractiveness in China
  • Develop partnerships with universities, industry communities, and talent ecosystems
  • Elevate recruitment messaging and candidate engagement strategies

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-8 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment / talent acquisition
  • A proven track record in sourcing and engaging passive candidates
  • Experience in international environments (education, hospitality, professional services, or consumer-facing industries preferred)
  • Fluent English and Mandarin, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High ownership mindset with strong execution capability
  • Confident, credible, and able to influence stakeholders at different levels
