They are a young, dynamic team expanding our China operations to support rapid global demand. 职责描述 Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain planning strategies to support business objectives in the AI data center space. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure demand and supply alignment. Oversee inventory management and optimize stock levels to meet customer demands while minimizing costs. Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks to ensure operational continuity. Analyze supply chain performance metrics and generate reports to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and reliability. 理想的求职者 A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably within the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) or related technology sectors. Demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics. Proficiency in supply chain management software and advanced Excel skills. Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with senior global leadership.
