Oversee operational finance activities for major manufacturing sites in China, including a flagship, high-volume export plant. Drive product cost competitiveness and margin improvement across the full supply chain value chain. Deliver robust financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes. Translate operational drivers into clear financial insights for factory management and regional stakeholders. Ensure strong cash flow management, cost control, and compliance with internal policies and local regulations. Manage and develop a team of factory controllers, enhancing commercial acumen and business partnering capability. Collaborate closely with international manufacturing sites to align performance metrics and practices. Support transformation initiatives and continuous improvement across supply chain finance processes. 理想的求职者 Extensive experience in senior finance roles within manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain-intensive environments.
