Manage and develop a team of factory controllers, enhancing commercial acumen and business partnering capability. Collaborate closely with international manufacturing sites to align performance metrics and practices. Support transformation initiatives and continuous improvement across supply chain finance processes. The Successful Applicant Extensive experience in senior finance roles within manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain-intensive environments. Strong background in finance controlling, cost management, and operational performance analysis. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix and international organisation. Proven people management experience, including capability building and team development. International exposure with confidence working across cultures and regions. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese. High integrity, transparent working style, and resilience in change-driven environments.
