Job Description

Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
Implement best practices to optimize workflows and enhance overall operational performance.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvements.
Identify areas for process optimization within the supply chain.
Analyze current processes, recommend improvements, and implement streamlined solutions.
Drive operational excellence through the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Self-driven with leadership capabilities.
Develop a Continuous Improvement/Operations Excellence function.
Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing and improving operational processes.
Establish and monitor clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operations enhancement.
Possess a strong track record in delivering synergies and optimizing operational efficiency.
Have a keen attention to detail and a focus on achieving business goals.
Strong ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
