Job Description

Develop and execute category strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms for the organisation.
Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives as needed.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Provide regular reports and updates on category performance and cost-saving measures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager should have:

Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within the Solar Energy industry.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and supplier performance.
Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
Experience in developing and implementing category strategies.
Knowledge of procurement policies and compliance standards.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers.
