The organisation is committed to operational excellence and prioritises innovation in its financial processes. 职责描述 Key Responsibilities:* Lead "Run & Adoption" Strategy:o Define and deploy the local adoption strategy for global tools and processes.o Ensure the successful simplification and harmonization of end-to-end processes .o Monitor process efficiency, compliance, and data quality using our "Value Tracker" framework.* Drive Transformation & Projects:o Act as the Project Manager for transversal initiatives, ensuring they land successfully within the operational teams.o Manage the "change impacts" (Business Change Management) to ensure teams are ready for new ways of working.* Foster Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma):o Build a culture of "Service Excellence."
