The company generates annual revenue of approximately Billion of RMB and is undergoing a significant finance transformation journey to enhance operational efficiency and governance across the region. 职责描述 Lead the design and implementation of a Finance Shared Service Center (SSC) in Guangzhou, supporting Greater China operations. Develop the overall SSC strategy, operating model, organizational structure, governance framework, and implementation roadmap. Define finance processes, role mapping, service scope, and key control points to ensure operational excellence and compliance. Partner closely with the CFO, Controller team, and business stakeholders to drive finance transformation initiatives. Optimize accounting, reporting, and transaction processing activities while improving standardization and efficiency. Manage SSC transition and change management activities, ensuring successful implementation within the targeted timeline. Review and strengthen internal controls, risk management practices, and finance operating procedures. Provide strategic recommendations on future-state finance organization and continuous improvement opportunities. 理想的求职者 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, consumer products, or shared services environments. Proven track record in SSC setup, finance transformation, operating model design, or large-scale process optimization projects. Strong understanding of accounting operations, internal controls, governance, and finance organization design. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and strong stakeholder management skills. Experience working in complex, multi-entity organizations is highly preferred.
