  • Develop and implement system models to improve engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse system performance and identify areas for optimisation.
  • Utilise advanced modelling techniques to simulate and predict system behaviours.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of system modelling data and outputs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align system modelling initiatives with business goals.
  • Monitor and report on system performance improvements resulting from implemented models.



Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance modelling capabilities.* Design and Develop power electronic software and specifications for motor controls for power tools &Outdoor products

* Conduct motor control MIL simulation and test in MATLAB . Including various motor control algorithm +Motor, asl well as lithium-ion battery system.

* Generate application level embedded code from Model based design , support Matlabl unit testing and coverage testing.

* Expedite Motor control design development by using Speedgoat test system as a powerful and ecxellant prototype (RCP) of controlle

* Lead HIL Test System Develop based on Speedgoat , Co-work with Motor&Hardware engineers to setup digital power HIL twin of Motor/PowerStage/ transmission mechanism Load running in Speedgoat, thus Test and verify embedded controllers SW with hardware in loop Testing more Efficiently .

* Build verification and validation environment (HIL,SIL,MIL) to meet Model based Design test goals

* Implement and validate electronic designs through test and matlab simulation work.

* Develop software verification and validation procedures that include unit and integration testing.

* Help leadership in achieving cost, performance and quality objectives of all related electronic systems, components, and sub-assemblies.

* Develop solutions for electronic system related issues as a member of a project team.

* Assure that appropriate documentation is maintained for work performed.

* Translate customer requirements into software specifications.

* Analyze and reach sound decisions in complex technical situations.

A successful System Modelling Manager should have:

  • A strong background in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in system modelling and performance optimisation within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in advanced modelling tools and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.



Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Employee Specifications

* ≥ Master Degree from accredited electrical or automation engineering college, PHD degree is nice to have

* 10+ years of experience in research/product development of embedded firmware

* High-fidelity system model in Ansys Twin Builder+ Simulink for Motor Control/ transmission mechanism load application/PowerStage Inverter

* Expert of motor control, a basic understanding of transmission mechanism simulation software, be proficient in Ansys Twin builder software, and have experience in modeling complex assemblies and nonlinear analysis;

* Nice to know Thermal simulation for Power electronic System

* Design Matlab based HIL Auto test system, support deploy general use MCU HIL adapter with HW&SW

* Expert on Motor Control knowledge on FOC or Trapezoidal control

* Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in three-electricity system simulation. Those with backgrounds in home appliances, consumer electronics, automobiles, or robotics are preferred.

* Extensive knowledge of writing and debugging embedded microcontrollers in C/C++, Code Generation and BSP/HAL

* Experience with closed loop control and feedback systems for BLDC/PMSM motors, be familiar with the Sensorless, FOC algorithm is required.

* Experience with motor control techniques, including field-oriented control and sensored or sensorless control. Experience with closed loop control and feedback systems for AC and DC motors.

* Familiar with software development processes and controls (static analysis, version control, unit testing, bug tracking).

* Ability to generate and evaluate creative/innovative ideas and inspire others to do so.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence the organization and to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

* Ability to handle 3-4 concurrent projects.

* Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
