Drive the implementation of global and regional procurement strategies within the local market. Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier selection, contract management, performance management, and risk mitigation. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business priorities and provide strategic procurement support. Lead supplier negotiations and manage critical commercial discussions. Deliver procurement projects and value-generation initiatives, including cost optimization and process improvement. Provide market intelligence, supplier insights, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to support business decision-making. Collaborate closely with Global Category Managers, Procurement Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Support supplier sustainability, compliance, and risk management initiatives. Drive continuous improvement in procurement tools, processes, and governance. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum 8 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or related commercial roles. Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills. Proven experience lead*ing sourcing projects, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities. Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience working in a multinational environment.
