Operating across multiple markets, the business continues to invest in expanding its product portfolio, strengthening supplier partnerships, and accelerating speed-to-market through close collaboration between commercial, technical, and operational teams. 职责描述 New Product Development Sourcing Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product development and launch process Support sourcing activities from initial concept through testing, validation, scale-up, and commercialization Coordinate supplier involvement during formulation, packaging, and product development stages Ensure sourcing timelines are aligned with project milestones and launch requirements Identify and mitigate supply risks throughout the development process Supplier Development & Relationship Management Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers to support innovation and business growth Build and maintain long-term strategic supplier partnerships Conduct supplier performance reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, materials, and supplier capabilities Support supplier qualification and compliance requirements Cost Management & Commercial Negotiation Analyze product cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, contracts, and service agreements Develop sourcing strategies that balance quality, speed, innovation, and cost objectives Support budget planning and cost management throughout product development projects Drive value creation initiatives while maintaining product and brand requirements Cross-Functional Project Management Work closely with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams Ensure alignment across stakeholders during key project milestones Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external suppliers Support decision-making by providing sourcing insights and supplier intelligence Contribute to process improvements that enhance product development efficiency Procurement Process & Risk Management Strengthen sourcing processes and governance to support business objectives Monitor supplier performance, delivery reliability, and compliance requirements Anticipate and manage supply chain risks, material shortages, and regulatory challenges Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and product development functions Ensure all sourcing activities comply with internal policies and industry requirements 理想的求职者 Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline Minimum 6 years of sourcing, procurement, or supplier management experience Proven experience supporting new product development or innovation-related sourcing activities Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and supplier management Experience managing cost control initiatives and commercial negotiations Fluent spoken and written English Preferred Background Experience within cosmetics, skincare, personal care, healthcare, consumer goods, or related industries Exposure to packaging sourcing or packaging development projects is an advantage Familiarity with product formulation, testing, validation, and commercialization processes Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to product development Experience working with OEM, ODM, CDMO, or manufacturing partners is beneficial Previous experience in an international or matrix organization is a plus Key Competencies Strong project management and process management capabilities Ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments and influence stakeholders Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong analytical thinking and business acumen Commercially minded with solid negotiation capabilities Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach 薪酬待遇 Opportunity to work on high-impact product innovation and launch projects Broad exposure across R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain functions International and collaborative working environment Significant visibility within cross-functional project teams Opportunities to develop both procurement and project management expertise Competitive compensation and long-term career development prospects 联系 Amy Cao 职位编号 JN-072026-7071724 联系电话 +86 21 6035 3551 职位概要 职位类别 采购与供应链 子类别 直接采购 行业 快速消费品(FMCG) 地区 上海 工作类型 全职 顾问名字 Amy Cao 顾问电话号码 +86 21 6035 3551 职位编号 JN-072026-7071724
