This is a unique opportunity to work within a highly collaborative international R&D environment focused on cutting-edge biologics and oncology innovation. 职责描述 Develop and optimize analytical methods for the characterization and evaluation of ADC candidates. Design and execute studies to assess physicochemical and functional properties of novel ADC molecules. Establish analytical workflows and SOPs while ensuring high standards of scientific quality and data integrity. Perform and interpret analytical assays including HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS, binding assays, and cell-based assays. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary discovery and development teams to advance pipeline programs.
