Job Description Planning Transformation & Process Improvement Drive planning transformation initiatives across demand, supply, and distribution planning processes. Evaluate industry practices and identify opportunities to improve planning capabilities and operational efficiency. Design and implement improved planning frameworks, governance models, and working processes. Support the adoption of new planning methodologies and digital capabilities. Continuously challenge existing ways of working and identify improvement opportunities. Digital Planning & System Implementation Support the deployment and enhancement of planning tools and digital solutions. Coordinate testing activities, issue resolution, and process optimization during implementation phases. Drive user adoption and ensure business requirements are translated into system capabilities. Collaborate with technical and business teams to improve data integration and process efficiency. Monitor implementation progress and ensure alignment with project objectives. Forecasting & Analytics Support forecasting improvement initiatives through data analysis and model evaluation. Consolidate and cleanse data from multiple sources to improve planning accuracy. Work with commercial and supply chain teams to establish appropriate forecasting methodologies. Monitor forecasting performance and recommend enhancements where needed. Utilize data and analytics to support planning decisions and business objectives. Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement Manage transformation projects from planning through execution and post-implementation support. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, and Operations. Facilitate governance meetings and track project milestones, risks, and action plans. Ensure clear communication and alignment among stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning and operational processes. Regional & Global Collaboration Partner with regional and international stakeholders on planning-related initiatives. Share good practices and support the replication of successful solutions across different markets. Contribute to capability-building and knowledge-sharing activities. Act as a key contact point for planning transformation projects and process optimization efforts. Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement activities. The Successful Applicant Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, supply chain planning, operations, or transformation-related roles. Experience within multinational FMCG, consumer products, retail, consulting, or related industries. Strong understanding of planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, or IBP. Proven experience delivering cross-functional transformation projects. Exposure to planning systems, digital solutions, or process improvement initiatives. Key Competencies Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities. Ability to work effectively across functions and influence without direct authority. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with data, forecasting models, and planning methodologies. Digital mindset with interest in process automation and system optimization. Structured and results-oriented approach to project execution.
