Marketing Investment Management

• Partner with marketing teams to manage and monitor a substantial annual marketing budget.
• Perform monthly actuals, forecast, and budget tracking to ensure spending remains aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze variances and provide clear explanations on investment performance and spending trends.

Business Performance Analysis

• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities across multiple channels
• Assess campaign ROI, brand-building initiatives, market activation programs, and regional investments.
• Provide insights into budget reallocation opportunities and recommend actions to maximize return on investment.

Commercial Finance Business Partnering

• Work closely with Marketing leaders to understand business priorities and challenge assumptions through data-driven analysis.
• Support decision-making around resource allocation, campaign planning, and investment optimization.
• Prepare business cases and performance reviews for senior stakeholders.

Management Reporting

• Deliver financial analysis and presentations to senior leadership, including Marketing and executive management teams.
• Translate complex financial information into clear and actionable business insights.
• Support annual planning, rolling forecasts, and strategic investment discussions.
