The role is ideal for an MD/PhD-trained investor who combines deep biotech expertise with investing and company-building experience, and is excited about evaluating breakthrough science, creating NewCos, and helping build the next generation of biotech companies.

理想的求职者

  • MD or PhD required
  • Experience evaluating investment opportunities, NewCo creation, direct investments, and incubation opportunities
  • Background in investment or business development, combined with deep pharmaceutical and biotechnology expertise
  • Strong English communication skills, ideally with international exposure and overseas education experience



薪酬待遇

  • Senior Associate compensation range: USD 150,000-200,000
  • Vice President compensation range: USD 250,000-300,000
  • Location: Shanghai.
