Job Description

Develop the regional segment marketing plan in close partnership with the regional marketing manager and segment sales manager, ensuring alignment with global segment strategy and priorities

Guide regional teams in executing segment strategy, translate strategic direction into actionable plans, monitor progress, and adjust actions when needed

Track regional revenue and profitability performance against targets; provide pricing input and recommendations when required

Own the regional product portfolio, facilitate new product introduction (NPI), and optimize portfolio mix in partnership with the Product Manager

Build a deep understanding of segment needs across the region and key customers through market insights, customer engagement, and interactions with sales teams; gather market intelligence and interpret sub-segment trends

Identify and prioritize commercial opportunities with regional sales teams; support key account specification wins and new business development

Partner with key account managers to articulate value propositions and expand business at corporate and government levels

Participate in IBP monthly regional PMR updates and contribute to project tracking and alignment

Follow all applicable corporate and site policies related to conduct, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related fields

6+ years of experience in marketing and business development

Exposure to multiple industries is preferred

Background in the chemical industry is a plus
