Build and manage a new R&D laboratory from the ground up, including equipment selection, installation, commissioning, modeling, and operational management. Conduct experiments, process validation, material testing, and sampling to support technology development and scale‑up. Collaborate closely with global chief scientists and internal stakeholders across business, marketing, and commercial teams to translate technical insights into business impact.
